Chicago isn’t just where I work. It’s where I’m from. And after 11 years in this market, I know the difference between an agent who knows listings and one who knows neighborhoods.
I started in residential — helping first-time buyers navigate one of the most competitive urban markets in the country, and helping sellers position their homes to get top dollar in every condition. Over time, that work expanded. I began identifying opportunities in distressed and pre-foreclosure properties, working with investors on multi-unit acquisitions, and eventually stepping into commercial real estate — retail storefronts, office spaces, mixed-use buildings, and investment-grade properties across the metro.
Today I operate across both worlds. On Zillow and Homes.com, you’ll find my residential track record. On Crexi, you’ll find my commercial listings. The common thread: I bring the same level of preparation and attention to a $200,000 condo as I do to a multi-million dollar commercial acquisition.
